However, I did manage to bake some to-die-for banana chips last week that I've been anxiously waiting to share with you.

These are like yummy gummy banana chips that taste like candy and will be devoured in record time by even your most-healthy-snack-opposed child.
The best part? You only need one ingredient.
Banana Chips Recipe
- 2 ripe bananas
- Preheat over to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Slice the ripe bananas into thin discs.
- Place the sliced bananas on the parchment paper and bake at 200 F for 3 hours or until they're of a gummy consistency.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before devouring.
Really. That's the entirety of the recipe and how to make them. Yes, sure you can stick them in a dehydrator, but I don't like crunchy banana chips.
These are like fruit gummies and, oh my gosh, they're delicious! The riper the bananas, the sweeter the gummy chips will be, so it's a great alternative to throwing out or freezing your overly ripe bananas.
