Rnd 2. 1 sc in next sc, 2sc in next sc.

Rnd 3.1 sc in each of next 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc.

Rnd 4. sc in each sc.

Rnd 5. 1 sc in next sc, decrease over next 2 sc.

Rnd 6.sc in every sc.

Rnd 7. Decrease over every 2 sc. Stuff head with a little fiberfill, pick up a loop in each sc, yo and pull through all loops on hook. (When you’re all done with him, sew his head to his neck more securely.)

Rnd 8. Ch2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook.

Rnd 9. 2 sc in each sc.

Rnd 10. 1 sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc.

Rnd 11. Ch3, 2 dc in each sc, join to ch3.

Rnd 12. Ch 4, skip next sc, dc in next sc, *ch 1, skip next sc, dc in next sc.*

Rnd 13. Ch 6, skip ch sp,trc in next dc, *ch 2, trc in next dc* For as many rows as you need to fit your soap.

Err on the side of too big, it makes better suds when you use him. I made 5 rows of this. For the last row, don’t make the ch 2 between trcs. Fasten off.

Flippers: Fold him flat and attach yarn at neck. 8 sc along side, ch 1, turn.7 hdc. Ch2, turn, 7 dc. Ch 2, turn, 5 dc and one dc decrease over last two stitches.
Ch2 turn, one dc decrease, 4 dc. Ch2 turn, 3 dc, one decrease. Ch2 turn, one decrease, 2 dc. Fasten off. Repeat on other side.

Attach light green at neck and sc around the shell over neck and flippers.

Cut a piece of dark green yarn and thread it through the last row where his bottom is.

Put your soap in and pull the string tight, knot it, and tie another knot in the end to hang him in your shower with.
