Right Leg

With black cast on 9sts
P1 Row
Inc K wise into every stitch -18sts
Beginning with P st-st 5 Rows
Break off black and join on Yellow

K2 (K2 Tog 5 times) K6 -13sts
P1 Row
K2 (K2 Tog 3 times) K5 -10sts
St-st 9 Rows
Slip stitches onto spare needle

Left Leg

With black cast on 9sts
P1 Row
Inc K wise into every stitch -18sts
Beginning with P st-st 5 Rows
Break off black and join on Yellow

K6 (K2 Tog 5 Times) K2 -3 sts
P 1 Row
K5 (K2 Tog 3 times) K2 -10 sts
St-st 9 Rows
K across both legs -20 sts
St-st 5 Rows
Break off yellow join on navy blue

Upper Body
St-st 10 Rows break off navy and join on flesh colour
K1 Row
P1 Row
K3 (K2 Tog 3 times) K2 (K2 Tog) 3 Times K3 -14sts

Neck
St-st 2 Rows

Head
(K1 inc into next st) repeat to end -22sts
St-st 11 Rows

Top of Head
(K1 K2 Tog K1) Repeat to end -15sts
P1 Row
(K1 K2 Tog K1) Repeat to end -10sts
(P2 Tog) Repeat to end -5sts
Thread yarn through stitches draw up and fasten off.

Arms (Make 2)

Cast on 4 sts in flesh colour
P1 Row
Inc K wise into every stitch -8sts

Bottom of Jacket
Cast on 25sts
Garter st 2 Rows

Break off nacy and join on grey for belt
St-st 2 Rows
Cast off

Make Buckle by making a chain and forming a square then sew into place.

Helmet Brim

Using Yellow and 2 strands cast on 35 sts
Garter st 2 Rows
Break off 1 Strand
(K 3, K2 Tog) To end -30sts
Cast Off

Using Yellow cast on 30sts
(K2, K2 Tog) to end -25sts
St-st 3 Rows

Shape Top
Row 1 (K3,K2 Tog) -20sts
P Row
(K2,K2 Tog) -15sts
P Row
(K1,K2 Tog) -10sts
P Row
(K2 Tog) -5sts
Thread yarn through stitches and draw up and fasten off.
