What you need
1/2 cup Powdered clay
1/4 cup Powdered kelp (seaweed)1/4 cup Seawater (or mix sea salt with distilled water)
1/2 cup Aloe vera gel
Plastic Wrap or Towels
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl to make a smooth paste. Spread the paste all over your body making sure you get your back as well.
Lay some plastic wrap or a shower curtain down in a bath tub and lay onto it, then wrap the plastic around yourself as best as possible. You can also wrap yourself up in towels.
Let the mud dry for approximately 30 minutes and relax as in the tub. Rinse the mud off with warm water pat dry and follow up with a moisturizer.
It is normal for the drying clay to make you feel a little itchy as it dries. If it becomes too uncomfortable pat the clay with a little water or simply wash off.
