What you need
1 moonstone crystal
1/2 yard of thing leather strapping or cord
one silver ring flat back
Diamond glaze or silicone glue
Start by taking your ring flat back and securing it to the bench top. I used some blu tack but you could use plasticine or play dough.
Using the diamond glaze or other silicone adhesive secure the stone in place. Allow it to dry for several hours.
Once it is dry begin the leather wrapping.
Tie the leather onto one side of the ring. You can wrap around in circles or as I have done it a cross thatching style. Make sure you secure each knot with a dab of glue as everyday wear will make it loose.
I also added a dab of glue on the top of the stone just to help keep the leather in place. Cut off any extra leather and secure the knot with glue.
Allow to dry completely before wearing.
