What you need
- Burlap fabric
- Needle and thread
- Hot glue
Step-1: You can use any kind of fabric to make the pillow case, I used burlap fabric to give it a little rustic look. Cut out 2 square pieces from the burlap fabric of the same size.
Step-2: I used felt fabrics to cut out the heart patterns. Keep the sizes random and relatively close.
Step-3: You can either stitch or glue the heart patterns on the burlap base. I used hot glue. Attach the heart patterns randomly yet in an organized way.
Step-4: Done attaching the hearts? Now carefully take out a few threads from the sides of the burlap fabric, this will create fringes around the sides, it looks really cute!
Step-5: Place the patterned burlap base on the top of the plain one and stitch around the sides to join them. Keep one side open for filling.
Step-6: Once you’ve filled the burlap case stitch the open end to secure the filling. Tie 2 tight knots and cut off extra thread. Done!
