What you need
1 tbs Coconut milk
2 tbs Oatmeal
2 tsp Sweet almond oil
1 tsp Mixed spice
Mix all the ingredients together to form a paste then apply to your feet or body.
Leave on for 20 mins then rinse off.
You can wrap your feet in cling wrap or place them into a plastic bag for a more intense treatment.
This recipe makes enough for 1 single body application.
